Tax publisher, CCH Australia, has released an international version of its best-selling Master Tax Guide.
According to CCH publishing director, Ms Pip Hughes, the release of this publication reflected the reality of the global economy.
"Accountants are facing more international tax questions than ever before," said Ms Hughes.
"They simply don't have the time to go wading through web sites and references trying to find up-to-date tax information from around the world," Ms Hughes said.
"The International Master Tax Guide makes it easy," Ms Hughes added.
The 2001 International Master Tax Guide offers practitioners the convenience and reliability of the Australian Master Tax Guide and also summarises the major tax laws of 24 trading countries.
The Guide covers both the individual and corporate tax systems of each country and includes indexes over a range of relevant facts.
The countries covered range from the US and UK, to Mexico and Malaysia.
Readers also have the advantage of free access to the latest international tax rates on CCH's web site, www.cch.com.au.
"This is the ideal guide for advisers who don't specialise in international tax but do need a convenient, one-stop source of reliable, current international tax information," Ms Hughes said.
The CCH 2001 International Master Tax Guide retails for $149 including GST and is available direct from CCH (website: www.cch.com.au or phone: 1 300 300 224) or from professional bookshops.
