The CCH Trust Service Q and A is an online service that allows you, as a subscriber to the CCH Trust Service, to ask technical questions about trusts and their administration.

What type of questions can I ask?

We aim to answer the day-to-day questions that arise about trusts and their administration. It is intended that such questions, which will be of a technical or practical nature, can be answered within a relatively brief emailed answer.

Questions falling outside the scope of the service are those requiring specialist advice on planning or strategy matters, those which involve setting out in detail a specific set of facts and those which cannot be dealt with in a relatively brief emailed answer. We cannot give legal advice or recommend a specific course of action.

Response time

We aim to provide an initial response (which may be a request for further information) within 24 hours and a final answer within 48 hours.
