Get the most out of IntelliConnect
In order for you and your business to reap the benefits from our new platform, we are offering a number of training options.
Option 1: Onsite or Webinar Training
Organise a full 45 minute training session with the CCH trainer on site or by Webinar at a time to suit you. Training will cover the full functionality of the software and includes:
- "all content" searching, refining a search and advanced searching,
- fine-tuning with filters,
- multiple tab options,
- managing documents and working with "send to tray",
- research folders,
- extended browse features,
- personalisation; and
- preference set up
Option 2: Free webinar training
This introductory half hour session will cover the key basics to help get you started using IntelliConnect™, it includes: “all content” searching, refining a search, fine-tuning with filters, multiple tab options, managing documents and working with “send to tray” and research folders.
Registering is easy
- Go straight to the Webex Training Center registration page. Type NZ in the Search field and click the Search button to quickly find all New Zealand training sessions. Select the Register button as required.

NB: The times of the courses may display in Australian time.
On the right-hand side of the screen, you will see a hyperlink titled "English: Australian East".
To change to New Zealand time, please do the following:
Click on "Australian East", to display the time zone and country fields
Change the time zone and country fields to New Zealand and click the <OK> button. This will update the session times to New Zealand.
Option 3: DIY
IntelliConnect™ was developed to feel like second nature, so we have provided two self-help tools that you can simply follow yourself.
